WEB AND CATALOG RETURN POLICY
The Marmi Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Our policy on returns is very simple. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every single purchase you make with us. So we'll gladly give you a full refund or exchange for any merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn items and in their original condition.
All Marmi online and catalog orders ship with a pre-paid return label in the box. To return an item to us simply place the pre-paid return label on the outside of a shipping box and bring to any fedex ground location and they'll mail it to us.
There is a $7.50 charge for each prepaid label used. This charge will be deducted from your refund when we receive the shoes. Exchanges will not incur the $7.50 charge.
Please note that we may ship items to you in separate packages, but you can send back all of your items you'd like to return in one box, using just one label. The return labels do not need to be matched up with specific shoes.
You do not have to use the prepaid return labels to mail shoes back to us. You can also send them back to us using any method you'd like by sending them to the address below. Please include in the box a print-out of your receipt (or order confirmation email) or anything with your name and contact information so we'll be able to find you in our system to process the return. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer when not using our pre-paid return labels.

Regular price merchandise may be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Our retail stores do not accept returns on sale merchandise, even if purchased online or through our catalog.
